2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data as well as Type and Purpose and their Use

MIETZSCH GmbH usually collects the following information from applicants:

  • Salutation, first name, last name,
  • a valid e-mail address,
  • telephone number (landline and/or mobile),
  • address,
  • Application documents (letter of application, curriculum vitae, references, certificates, etc.).

This data is collected in order to carry out the application procedure.

The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO, § 26 BDSG and, in the case of a corresponding separate consent, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The personal data collected for the application process will be stored for six months after completion of the application process and then deleted, unless an employment relationship is established with you or a longer storage period is required by law.
