- Planning the trades for the care and maintenance of the outdoor area
- Small manual activities (minor repairs, tours, simple troubleshooting)
- Supervision of maintenance and servicing work by external companies on building and building services equipment and systems
- Organization and supervision of technical building equipment
- Ensuring the security, order and cleanliness of the property and building
- Receiving various deliveries
- Procurement of energy sources, coordination of various maintenance trades, building cleaning, green space maintenance, etc
- Communicating with tenants about contracts and ancillary rental cost accounting
- Carrying out simple electrical installations and testing under supervision

- Commercial or technical training or comparable qualifications with professional experience or further training
- Professional experience in the field of electrics is an advantage
