Facility manager (m/f/d)

As of 01.01.2025 we are looking for a communicative and determined personality for facility management.

Your activities are diverse and varied. As the primary contact person, you will be responsible for all matters relating to the 13,000 m² property.

Your areas of responsibility will include concluding and cancelling commercial rental agreements, including their annual ancillary rental cost settlement. You will also be responsible for procuring energy sources and coordinating the various trades that carry out maintenance and repair work to maintain our buildings and their surroundings.

• Commercial or technical training or comparable qualifications with professional experience or further training
